Our beef products come from our Blue Grey cattle, a cross between Galloway, Angus and Shorthorn breeds. The cattle spend their time grazing on our herbal lay, and we use the beef to make a range of products for our customers.
PORK
Our outdoor pigs produce lean, delicious, pork, and we use this to create a wide range of products. We’ve chosen hardy breeds which enjoy clearing our undergrowth, and wallowing in muddy pools.
From bacon and sausages to large joints with smoked options, we have something to suit all tastes. Take a look at the products below, and make your choice.

LAMB
Our beautiful Scotch lamb products come from our own flock. They spend most of the year outside on grass, and are rotated around our fields to help improve the soil condition. Choose from lamb joints, steaks, chops, burgers and sausages.

EGGS
Whether they’ve been laid by our big birds or our small birds, we sell on some of our eggs to customers.
Depending on the time of year, we’ll have chicken, duck or turkey eggs for sale in boxes of six. Our chickens lay beautiful white, pale blue and olive eggs. The duck eggs are larger, and the brown speckled turkey eggs are the biggest.
EMU & RHEA EGGS
The huge eggs from our big birds can be bought blown for decoration or seasonally fresh for eating. Our rheas lay cream eggs and emus eggs are green.
HONEY
The original super food, which humans have been using for thousands of years, honey was where it all started for us. We started with two hives and now have over 40 hives located around the farm.
We process and jar our honey on the farm, and sell both runny and set honey online and at local farm shops.
The runny honey is made from wildflower pollen, gathered by our bees in the summer months, and the pollen for our set honey comes mostly from the spring fields of bright yellow oil seed rape.
Along with fantastic taste, honey also has many antibacterial & antioxidant properties. Spread it on toast, replace refined sugar in recipes or stir into your porridge.
We were prize winners at the Royal Highland Show in 2022 with a 1st prize for our runny honey.
We make runny, soft set, heather, cut comb honey, which is on sale at our Market and through our website.
BEESWAX CANDLES
Our worker bees produce beeswax to build the cells in the hive. When we make honey, beeswax from the hive is left as a by-product, and we turn it into candles.
Beeswax candles burn cleanly, with a honey aroma, and are often preferred to other wax candles as they burn brighter and longer.
Choose from our different sizes of candles, or mix and match for an interesting table display.
