Spring Tour

Description

Immerse yourself in the farm experience as we visit the lambing sheds and fields. Have a hands on experience with our new lambs, chicks and ducklings and say hello to our pigs and cows! Our Spring Tour promises a day filled with farm fun and memory making moments. We can’t promise a lamb being born but we will have lambs available for our visitors to help with. You might have the opportunity to get involved with: Potentially bottle feeding lambs if we have any orphaned on the session day, or feeding the ewes Assisting in bedding down the lamb stalls Possibly helping to herd the sheep from pen to field, witnessing the lambs jumping and skipping around. There are two sessions: Morning session 10am – 12pm – Hot filled rolls (egg or bacon) with tea/coffee/juice Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements. Under 5s go free but please let us know on the booking form how many children under 5 are in your group so we can include them in our tour numbers. Tours run from Monday to Friday 7th to 18th April. Maximum 12 people per tour. Please wear warm clothes, waterproofs and suitable footwear for the farm. Due to hands on nature of the experience and risk of infection, it is not open to women who are pregnant, think they may be pregnant or trying.
