Emu Eggs
Large, striking, and a culinary favourite, emu eggs have a rich and creamy yolk, making them perfect for gourmet cooking or baking. Each egg is equivalent to 10-12 chicken eggs, offering an indulgent experience whether scrambled, in an omelette, or used in baked goods. With their iconic dark green shells, they’re also popular for decoration and crafts.

 

Rhea Eggs
Rhea eggs are slightly smaller than emu eggs but still pack a punch! With a lighter flavour and slightly softer texture, they’re ideal for making fluffy frittatas, quiches, or simply as a unique centrepiece for the dining table. Their pale cream-coloured shells make them a favourite for painting and crafting.

 

Availability
Emu and rhea eggs are seasonal products
and available fresh during the laying season. Emu eggs from December to February, and Rhea eggs from April to June. However, this can vary slightly depending on the individual birds and environmental factors.

Limited stock, so be sure to order early to avoid missing out!
